Privacy Policy

Last updated Sep 30, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Aeriel JN ("we", "us") collects through this shop and how we use it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We collect only what we need to fulfil your order.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address and mobile number.
  • Delivery details (shipping orders only): your address and any delivery notes.
  • Order details: what you ordered, amounts, promo codes used, and payment and fulfilment status.

We don't collect or store card numbers, bank logins or e-wallet credentials. If you pay by transfer, we only see what appears on our side of the transaction.

Why we use it

  • To process, produce and deliver your order, or hand it over at the event.
  • To verify payment and send order confirmations, tracking links and updates.
  • To answer your questions and handle refunds or issues with your order.
  • To keep records required by tax and accounting rules.

We process your data because it is necessary to fulfil the order you placed with us. We don't sell it, and we don't send marketing email.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the shop, and only for that purpose:

  • our hosting and database providers, which store the shop and its order records;
  • our email delivery provider, which sends your order emails;
  • our payment processor, if you pay online through it;
  • the courier delivering your order (name, mobile number and address).

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside the Philippines. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your cart so it survives a page reload, and, when the shop is invite-only, a cookie remembering that you've entered a valid invite code. Both are needed for the shop to work.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any issues, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Once that period has passed, you can ask us to delete your details (see Your rights below).

How we protect it

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and only authorised staff with individual logins can see orders. Order tracking links are long random tokens that are hard to guess, so keep yours private.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to be informed about, access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to its processing, and get a copy of it. Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with and we'll respond within 15 days. Some records may have to be kept for legal reasons even after a deletion request. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Significant changes affecting existing orders will be emailed to you.
