Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every pre-order placed on this site. By placing an order you agree to them. The shop is run by Aeriel JN ("we", "us") in the Philippines.

Pre-orders

Everything here is made to order. Nothing is produced until pre-orders close; after that, all orders are produced together in one run. Dates shown on the site (closing date, production, shipping, the pickup event) are our best estimate and may shift if production or the event is delayed. If that happens we'll email you.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Shipping is charged by region and parcel weight. For pre-orders, the shipping fee is not charged at checkout. We calculate it once your order is packed, email you the amount, and it is paid separately before your order ships.
• Your order is only confirmed once we receive and verify your full payment. Stock is held for a limited time while payment is pending; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
• Promo codes are subject to their own conditions (limits, expiry, eligible items), cannot be exchanged for cash, and can be withdrawn at any time before they are used.

Cancellations and refunds

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all pre-order sales are final. We don't accept cancellations, size exchanges, or change-of-mind returns once payment is confirmed, so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• we can't produce or deliver your order, or cancel it for any reason on our side; or
• you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. Email us within 7 days of receiving it, with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

Shipping and pickup

• Shipping: orders go out by courier once the production run is done. Make sure your address and mobile number are correct; we aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. Once handed to the courier, delivery times depend on them.
• Event pickup: show the pickup QR code from your confirmation email (or give your order number) at the booth on the event day. Anyone with your QR code or order number and name can collect on your behalf. Orders not collected at the event can be shipped to you at your cost; contact us to arrange it.

Product images

Mockups and photos are for illustration. Colours can look different on screen, and small variations in print placement and sizing are normal for produced garments.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, logos and content on this site belong to Aeriel JN. Please don't reproduce or sell them without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you placed your order applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
